These terms of use apply to the photo shared at the following link: https://www.vesperalkite.io/refpacks/

These reference packs are shared for free to be used as reference and inspiration for artists. All photos were taken by me.

Most packs can be used for personal and commercial projects, but some might be limited to personal use only (photos taken in museums for example), check the terms for each pack (TermsOfUse.pdf contained in each folder).

Permitted uses

Artists can reference and use these photos to create derivative or transformative works:

They can be used as reference for artists;
They can be used for photo manipulation and photobashing (the photos have to be significantly edited/modified to create a new work that is substantially different from the original photo).

Prohibited uses

Do not use, sell or distribute unaltered photos. The photos have to be edited/altered in a significant way;
Do not use to train generative artificial intelligence (AI) or machine learning (ML) models;
Do not redistribute.
